This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of obituary, memorial, and related content (“Content”) provided by Obituaries.Shop (also known as Remember Well and Forever Pets). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Upon purchase, Obituaries.Shop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered Content for personal, commemorative, or non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Misrepresent, alter, or use the Content in a manner that harms the reputation of Obituaries.Shop.
Upon full payment, the final delivered obituary or memorial Content becomes the property of the purchaser for personal use.
Obituaries.Shop retains all rights to underlying templates, processes, methodologies, systems, and tools used to create the Content.
Some Content may be created or assisted using artificial intelligence tools in combination with human review and refinement. While care is taken to ensure quality and accuracy, you acknowledge that AI-assisted content may contain unintended errors or omissions.
All Content is provided for commemorative and personal purposes only. Obituaries.Shop does not guarantee factual accuracy beyond the information supplied by the purchaser and does not provide legal, genealogical, or journalistic verification.
Revision and refund policies are outlined separately on our website and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
Obituaries.Shop reserves the right to terminate this license if you violate the terms of this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obituaries.Shop from any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from the information you provide or the use of the delivered Content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obituaries.Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from the use of its services or digital Content.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
