refund policy
Due to the unique and personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once writing has begun or a draft has been delivered. This policy ensures that our team can dedicate time and effort to creating a high-quality tribute tailored to your loved one’s story.
Exceptions:
If a cancellation request is received before writing has started, we may offer a partial refund, deducting any processing fees.
Rush orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
If we are unable to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued.
Revision Policy
We understand that obituaries and memorial tributes are deeply personal. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer one complimentary revision with every order.
Additional Revision Guidelines:
✔ The complimentary revision must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial draft.
✔ Additional revisions beyond the first are available for a small fee.
✔ Revisions do not include significant rewrites but are meant for minor adjustments or clarifications.
✔ If you need a substantial rewrite, additional fees may apply based on the scope of changes requested.
Chargeback Protection
By placing an order with Remember Well, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. Because our services are custom and non-tangible, any chargeback filed for a completed order will be disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and your acknowledgment of our terms.
